The Home Buying Process:
Step 1.
The first step and most important part of buying a home or investment property is getting pre‐approved with a lender. This can feel overwhelming; rest assured I will help you stay informed the entire time. Knowing what you can afford and understanding the lending process is crucial in taking action when the right property becomes available. Give me a call and I will be happy to discuss my list of preferred lenders.

THE HOME SEARCH:
Step 2.
Let the fun begin! What’s important is understanding
exactly what you want, and we will find it together. Whether it’s your first
home, your dream home or an investment property; I offer insight and
advice based on years of local market experience.
TIME TO MAKE AN OFFER:
Step 3.
Prior to offer submission we will have a detailed conversation to determine the best strategy to get our offer accepted. I will negotiate the most favorable terms and price to give you the highest value possible.

ESCROW AND CLOSING:
Step 4.
Once your offer is accepted the final stage is the escrow and closing. I will navigate us through inspections, appraisals, and removing contingencies. If anything comes up during the inspections I will be sure to explain our options and the best path forward. Once escrow has been completed its time to chill the
champagne and celebrate!!
