After we have brought as many buyers to the table as possible it’s time to review the offers. I will be sure to negotiate the most

favorable terms and price as possible. After we have agreed on terms and price, we are ready for escrow. I will make sure the buyers remain on course with contract timeframes. You will be notified of any anticipated or unforeseen bumps in the road, which will be handled with the most favorable solutions. I will handle all the scheduling and stir the course toward close. All that is left is the signing of closing docs, and I will be there to answer all your questions.
